Our ordering system is on a secure server. We use the latest encryption technology to keep your personal information safe and secure. All your ordering information, including your name, address and credit card number is encrypted using this secure server (SSL) for maximum protection. Please enter ONLY a shipping address that the United States Postal Service will deliver to. We only ship through the USPS (this is NOT UPS). We restrict access to your non-public personal information to those employees who need access to that information to provide products or services to you. We also maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your non-public personal information. Your private information will not be used or retained for any other purpose than that of which the order you are placing at the time. We do not share any information, including any email addresess, with any other companies...what-so-ever. Your confidence, integrity and privacy is our #1 goal! No third parties. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE? INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Will be shipped United States Postal Service "First Class Air Mail" Letter Post. Postage will be charged at a flat rate. The Flat Rate Postage is $2.75USD. There is a limit of 2 pair for all out of country orders. No Exceptions. If you like the lenses and want to order more, you may do so at a later time. Thank you for your understanding. CHARGE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD When using your Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card or AMEX Card to make your purchase, the Credit Card Transaction will appear on your monthly credit card statement as a charge from *www.StickonBifocals.com. 864-576-0118*. This way there will absolutely be no confusion as to what you've purchased and from whom, when your bill arrives. Please keep your Receipt after your on-line purchase. It contains your Invoice Number for possible future reference. If you have any billing questions call us at 1-864-576-0118 in the USA and Canada or 011-1-864-576-0118 from any other Country and state that you made your purchase from www.StickonReaders.com. This will help us as www.StickonBifocals.com is our parent company. We are open Monday through Friday, when available to take calls. All audible Voice Mail messages will be returned within a 24 hour period, if not sooner! SHIPPING We offer FREE SHIPPING in the United States. All domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service "First Class Mail". If you order 4 or more pair, you will receive FREE USPS "Delivery Confirmation (TM) Receipt". This is an EXTRA 75 cent savings FREE for you. This will provide us with a tracking number so we may track your shipment via USPS.com (R). USPS Delivery Confirmation (TM) Receipt is available only to USA residents. This will help ensure us that your package has arrived at the desired location you've provided with proof of delivery for 4 or more pieces. If ordering any more, we may opt to insure your package as well, including the Delivery Confirmation (TM) Receipt for tracking purposes. Again...at no extra charge to you! This is for our sole benefit. We may also opt to use UPS if your order is large. RETURN POLICY All sales are final. This type of product, once opened, cannot be re-sold as it would be considered "contaminated". We do, however accept "Exchanges" for up to 7 days after receipt. YOU MUST CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY within those 7 days to obtain an RMA# for your return, otherwise you forfeit this right. The product has to be in original condition. New. Not Opened. The product does not have to be opened to properly test your magnification. Simply view through the packaging for testing. There are no exceptions. Please be aware that the lenses are in a protective case. Sometimes in shipping from the manufacturer to us or even us to you, the packaging may get damaged or the carrying case itself scratched. This, in no way, upsets the quality or performance of the lenses. It is MANDATORY to contact us within the 7 days for an Exchange. All returns without a "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" (RMA#) will be returned at the sender's expense. You will need a RMA# for all Exchanges. The cost of all returns are the responsibility of the sender/customer and a $2.00 USD re-shipment fee applies. EXCHANGES Exchanges consist of you ordering the wrong strength/diopter for your magnification and a return fee of $2.00 USD will be charged. The $2.00 fee is for re-shipment postage for your corrected strength. Remember: The product has to be in original condition. New. Not Opened. You are welcome to enclose $2.00 cash, a personal check or a United States Postal Service Money Order for the $2.00 made payable to "Morris Enterprises" to help off-set this cost. Proper Returns (when a RMA# has been issued) without the $2.00 re-shipment fee will be held until you are contacted regarding the issue. Most issues are quite simply resolved from just communicating with us...Really! Happy reading, as always! QUALITY CONTROL All orders are tripled checked before shipment for complete accuracy. This includes making sure that there are lenses in each open "testing slot" of the packaging. We make notes on all "Sales Reports" confirming that the 2 lens are included and in plain view through the carrying case. Thank you.

HOW DO THE OPTX 20/20 STICKONREADERS WORK?
The Optx 20/20 StickonReaders attach easily to any clean pair of Prescription eyewear, sunglasses, goggles, safety glasses or dive mask, using only warm to hot water. The special polymer, developed by Bayer Material Science, stays in place using molecular adhesion - not glue. The lenses can be removed and reused as often as needed. It really is that simple. If your lenses are damaged you will notice this immediately upon opening and examining them before placing onto your glasses. All damaged lenses will be replaced at no extra charge to you. You will need to contact us for a RMA# for all returns within 7 days of receipt or you forfeit this right.
